ARASA can help you attend the 2016 International AIDS Conference

As the Regional Community Partner for the 2016 International AIDS Conference (AIDS 2016), ARASA is committed to assisting civil society and community members to be able to attend the conference, to host activities or workshops and to facilitate presentations about their work.

Although ARASA has no funding available to pay for the registration, accommodation or travel costs of participants, the organization has a dedicated staff member who will be able to assist with all registration and abstract, scholarship, Global Village and Youth Programme applications.

• registering for the conference
• assistance regarding travel and entry regulations (including migration and customs issues)
• step-by-step visa application and support processes
• affordable accommodation booking options
• applying for any of the AIDS 2016 conference opportunities
