In the latest updated version of its well known HIV treatment literacy guide, the Treatment Action Campaign explains the science behind HIV.
Released online by the Treatment Action Campaign on 2 December 2014, the latest version of “HIV in our lives” includes, for instance, a glossary of common HIV-related terms, tips on how to handle your first day after being diagnosed with HIV and explanations about important tests such as viral load monitoring.
The 95-page booklet also features the pictures and stories of long-time Treatment Action Campaign members.
The booklet also features sections on tuberculosis, drug resistance and adherence clubs.
