The Community Common is a space for community involvement and grassroots activism which will be held at the 47th Union World Conference on Lung Health. The conference will take place in Liverpool, UK from 26-29 October 2016.
Local and international community-based groups who are committed to improving lung health are encouraged to submit their session proposals for inclusion in the Community Common. The Common is open to the public free of charge as a space where members of the community, students and advocates can network, promote their work, discuss challenges and innovative solutions, raise awareness and share ideas with conference delegates from around the world.
Submissions may be in the form of discussions, Meet the Experts sessions, debates, exhibitions and performances. Submissions of innovative, dynamic and interactive topics, especially those pertaining to community involvement, outreach and leadership campaigns are encouraged.
