Practice-based recommendations for the management of RR/MDR-TB

The DR-TB Scale-Up Treatment Action Team (DR-TB STAT) and Treatment Action Group (TAG) released a statement outlining practice-based recommendations for the optimal management of rifampicin-resistant/multidrug-resistant TB (RR/MDR-TB). 

It is intended to help country programs implement the 2018 World Health Organization recommendations for the management of RR/MDR-TB and was developed based on field experience providing direct care for people living with RR/MDR-TB, engaging with TB programs, and listening to the perspectives from the TB community.
