WHO: Public call for individual patient data on treatment of drug-resistant TB
The World Health Organization (WHO) is initiating the development of new guidelines on the treatment of drug-resistant TB to support countries in the programmatic management of drug-resistant TB.
To prepare for the guideline development group meeting, WHO will commission reviews of relevant evidence on the effect of different treatment regimens on patient important outcomes. Therefore, WHO is issuing a public call appealing to industry, researchers, national TB programs and other agencies to provide suitable datasets.
