Urban design in an antibiotic-resistant world: Lessons from Mumbai

India has the highest number of multidrug-resistant TB cases in the world, contributing a quarter of the global burden, and Mumbai is a hot spot. Old building codes regulating light and space have ceased to exist in the city.
