TB vaccine made as a simple pill shows promise

Immunitor company announces publication of a successful clinical trial in 43 patients with tuberculosis who were given daily pill of therapeutic vaccine containing heat-killed Mycobacterium vaccae. The study, which is the first installment of two-part study, was published in September issue of Human Vaccines & Immunotherapeutics journal.
