7 April 2016 -- New York, USA – Over 100 civil society voices from the TB and HIV communities joined together at UN Headquarters in New York yesterday to call for stronger integration of TB and HIV programs if the world is to reach the UN goals to End TB and HIV by 2030.

31 March 2016 – Geneva, Switzerland - The new fixed-dose paediatric formulations are now available for procurement through the Global Drug Facility (GDF): rifampicin 75 mg + isoniazid 50 mg + pyrazinamide 150 mg and rifampicin 75 mg + isoniazid 50. The products dissolve in water, have a fruit flavour, and are simple to administer.

The Stop TB Partnership released the first of a series of publications on the different TB key populations, Key populations brief: Mobile populations.

Stop TB Partnership launches World TB Day webpage and social media campaign.

The Working Groups of the Stop TB Partnership provide inputs on critical strategic issues for TB globally, based on which the Board of the Partnership takes decisions.

The initiative will allow countries to access delamanid through the Stop TB Partnership’s Global Drug Facility at a price of US$ 1700 for each full-course treatment of six months’ duration.

The theme of this year's World TB Day will be "Unite to End TB"! Campaign materials are now available in 6 languages.

The theme for the 2016 Kochon Prize, for the second year, will be “Unsung Heroes Working to End TB: Episode 2.”

The Stop TB Partnership’s Coordinating Board has approved US $600,000 in new funding for 10 partners implementing the 7^th Round of Challenge Facility for Civil Society projects. The projects were selected by an independent committee of experts on a competitive basis from 258 eligible proposals received. Grants will be implemented between April 2016 and October 2017.

20 January 2016 – Geneva, Switzerland – The Stop TB Partnership has published a compendium of survivor stories that feature the personal journeys of 15 individuals who have fought against a disease that millions of others were not as fortunate enough to survive. TB Journeys: Our stories, our words is a poignant look at this journey of resilience and strength.
